Having spent years working in large integrated agencies, surrounded by a multitude of specialisms under one roof, we missed the wider perspective and learnings that came from being part of a bigger agency.
And it turns out, we weren’t the only ones who felt that way.
And so in April 2025, Sweary Marketing Club was born. A space to bring together current and former colleagues, friends and connections – to share knowledge, perspective and real world insight into all things marketing from across different industries.
No fluff, no ego’s, no pressure.
Just open, honest and interesting marketing conversations.
It’s also a reflection of how we work at Ginger Fury — open, collaborative, and always learning.

What’s it all about?
Each edition of Sweary Marketing Club features guest speakers and the chance to ask questions, share ideas and learn something new.
And yes, more often than not, have a beer and get a bit sweary.
We have three founding principles:
- Everyone is welcome
- Respect all opinions
- Give back where possible
