H&H Group were looking for a way to use their Shopify data to enhance CRM comms across seven different brands in eight markets worldwide.

We then worked with the global team to roll out the plan in one pilot market. And, using the learnings from that, we created implementation toolkits tailored to each market based on their capabilities and customer profiles.
