Marketing in 2026 is more complex than ever
Hundreds of channels to navigate, constantly evolving tech stacks, fragmented brand experiences, and rising customer expectations. Beneath it all, teams are sitting on mountains of wildly valuable first-party data and expensive strategic thinking that never gets used as effectively as it could.
All too often agency partners deliver strategy and big ideas without a clear and actionable plan to deliver. And that gap between the strategic promise and the operational reality can be overwhelming, expensive and infuriating.
OUR TEAM
We’ve both held senior agency and client-side roles. We know how the dynamic works. We’ve put together those strategy documents as agency planners, and we’ve driven ourselves mad trying to deliver them as in-house marketers. That experience is what makes it possible for us to bridge the gap between strategic thinking and the day to day realities that marketing teams face.
JAY DICKINSON
FOUNDER & STRATEGY CONSULTANT
A strategic marketer most recently planning director at the largest integrated agency outside of London. With experience across a variety of B2B and B2C industries she has held marketing leadership positions, both agency and client side. As a trained social scientist, she specialises in discovering true human insight and marrying them with the business objectives to inform strategies that make marketing more effective.
JENNY ROSE
STRATEGY CONSULTANT
A multi-disciplined marketer with experience across a variety of disciplines from brand and multi-channel marketing strategy to digital strategy and partnership management. Much of her career has been client side, meaning she can understand the day-to-day realities of marketing teams and knows how to make strategies actionable and budgets work. A multi-faceted marketeer, she brings a strategic and integrated mindset to all briefs.
